this page collects documentation and material for exploration of my self-built instruments

the page consists of field recordings of the nature at Paljakka (Finland), near Mustarinda artist residency,
and video recordings of a variety of playing techniques and musical motives. some motives match the
field recordings as exactly as possible, others share a thematical or intensity kinship with the recordings.
you may try playing the materials on top of each other.
the page can work as a listening form, starting on top and proceeding until the bottom.
/ the noise in some of the videos is generated by my lovely Nikon Coolpix P5000 camera from early 2000, hope you like it :) /
